Missy- I definitely can relate! I just finished my Bachelors in General Studies with a minor in Sustainability in December.
First of all- put yourself first! By this I don't mean study time or house work. It means putting your health - mind, body and soul first. Everything else will work out. You have to lead by example. You can't help anyone if you are not fit yourself.
Second- As far as school goes- Don't stress. What matters is graduating. Learn as much as possible but- getting an A is not that important. Seriously- no one asks what your GPA is. Getting it done is the important thing. the college kids don't know how easy they have it. That is all they have to do. When you have a family, house, and job everything can not come first. the house will still be there when you have breaks and- of course your family can help with this too!

You have to sacrifice some of your time. Wake at 5am begin workout at 5:30am, do a 30 - 60 minute workout. Study, study, study. Get help from hubs. or children to help with cooking, cleaning etc.. Time is precious to me so I know that waking early is a bummer, but after a couple of weeks of doing this your body will thank you and maybe your son can join you in the mornings?? Hope some of this helps.

My first thoughts are Put God First, Your Husband Second, Your Family Third and then other things. I would cut down on classes to get the family back on track with a Healthy way Eating, Exercise and make it a Family thing to do together. Your Son is more important than classes etc. Get the help He needs now before it is to late. It may take You longer to finish going to collage but don't worry about that for now. Stay away from process foods too. Your Spark Page is set to private so no one can find out your son age, how many children you have or anything else which does not help us to try to help you. I am back again and need some support. My children and my husband need to loose weight too. My son feels so bad about himself and it scares me. He is way overweight and is depressed. I'm also going to college and my schedule for studying and work is going to be hard to get me started back. I feel like I should spend all my time studying. I feel like I need to be in better control of my time. I'm not sure how to do that. Any suggestions would help me. Thanks
