Hi Chris! It is an exciting experience to begin your journey here.
To Create a sparkpage:
1) Scroll over the menu, at the top, labeled "Community"
2) Click on the option that says "SparkPages"
3) On the right hand side of that screen should be a button with the option to "create Sparkpage"
4) From here you can be creative and create your page.

Good on ya for finding SparkPeople...yes, its all very 21st century...

take the time to get to know the site and all the features.

You can create a blog when you make your own Spark page,
a wonderful feature that many use to their success and advantage-

(I must confess that I don't use that feature often; I read and write in
my profession, so more reading/writing on my own time is a downer)-

But get to know SparkPeople, and you will see and know how incredble

Hi my name is Chris (Male) and I have a Health Coach through my company that recommended Sparkpeople to track my food count. Well I've been there,done that and have the T-shirt to prove it (well maybe not the T-shirt) doesn't work for me. But Sparkpeople after 2 days I do believe is the right site because it tabulates your calories (huge instead of having to track them myself) and the graphics and technology is in the 21st Century! I'd like to share my story however, I'm having trouble navigating how, I like the idea of creating my own page but need help....So this me raising my white flag and hoping there's someone out there reading this (saying to themselves "I've been in his shoes") and will take the energy (I can't guarantee you'll burn calories) to respond...God Bless
