WELL I AM STILL STRUGGLING BUT I AM GOING TO MAKE IT.INCREASE MY EXERCISE TIME. TRY TO WALK MORE AND WATCH THOSE CALORIES. IT HAS TO BE A WIN WIN SITUATION. ANY IDEAS YOU HAVE TO HELP ME WOULD BE MOST HELPFULL.THANKS
