Hi Emily
My name is Mae and i am 71 years old and live with my daghter in Texas and went through a divorce after many years and now trying to restart new life .Have only a few pounds to lose but you just take it one day at a time .We may be considered old but we aren't dead Just hang in there and do one day at a time .

my name is Emily and Iam sitting here trying 2think what 2 say,well iam 67 and wood like 2 lose all this weight. but I knows that it will take a while cause I am here in this Liveing assit home and can;t get ot No wear so the only thing 4 me 2do is just take this Ineed Help so if some one can help me.
