Linda, I agree just start small and just try recording one or two days a week and work up to recording everything eventually. Sometimes just try recording one meal everyday of the week. Sometime breaking up and starting small gives you success in small amounts. Keep it up.
I agree this can be overwelming, but start small maybe with just learning to measure and record all the foods you eat and then gradually move into other areas. Remember we are here to support you so please feel free to ask questions or stop by our Spark pages for additional motivation.
