Hi and welcome back to SP and the team! You are off to a great start- I too have the book, which I read and it helps you fully understand the concept of truly incorporating a healthy lifestyle. I actually made sure to highlight sections and sentences to help review during any stumbling blocks I encounter. The SP fitness dvds are and Coach Nicole is easy to follow and not over the top "perky" making you want to do more. I like that you can combine workouts to either do just 10 minutes or more. The bootcamp one and Hop To it really kick me in the butt with their intensity. I LOVE using the Fit, Firm, & Fired Up to do my strength and the 15 minutes cardio workout is a real good one. Everyone can squeeze in 10 minutes of strength and it sure helps when she walks you through a warm up,cool down, and stretch section.
Hi everyone after being a member since 2008 I finally got serious and am logging on daily and losing weight, Since the beginning of August I began at 216 and am now at 208. I purchased the dvd's cardio blast and fit firm and fired up and the book spark which I have begun reading. I began using the Dvd's and to my surprise the workouts were easy to do and follow and I felt good afterwards not achy or tired
