Hey everyone! I'm sort of new here...lurking for the past few weeks. It's so overwhelming how much is on here. How do you guys keep up with all of it? I want to join every group, read every article, take every poll. My life already is so busy but I'm trying to find the time each day to check in.
So my reason for being here....I'm blessed with a body that I love but there's always room for improvement and upkeep is so important to maintain what I've got! I'll be tracking my fitness goals which include improving on my running and strengthening my core. I also want to eat right which to me means a balanced diet. I love to make and eat delicious food. Right now that means anything that involves pumpkin - pumpkin oatmeal cookies, pumpkin oatmeal, pumpkin bread, pumpkin and sausage pasta. If it has pumpkin in it most likely I'll eat it. And if you can't tell already - I absolutely love, love, LOVE pumpkin!
I recently made a career switch after finishing grad school in May. Now I'm using what I learned as a librarian for the federal gov't. I love my job and I love information which means I love this website because there's so much to read!!
So, I just want to live a positive, healthy life and I'd like the motivation and inspiration that Spark provides. Looking forward to see what happens next!
