Don't forget to give your body a rest day, drink plenty of water and if it hurts slow it down. Don't work the same areas on consecutive days. Maybe you are going too fast and furious with your new routine. I am sure after a few weeks you will be feeling better, keep up the good work.

I am new with the Sparkpeople website and so far I find it to be amazing. I am not working out again after not working out for a little over a year. My body is sooo sore. How do I keep going? What can I do to make my body feel better?
