I joined the website right after Christmas to make some healthy lifestyle changes.
I have been doing zumba for 1 year and love it. I go 3 to 4 times a week and also take Turbo kick and kickboxing classes (kickboxing has been on hold for now cos of lower back issues)
Been working out really hard this year but have no results on the scale, I lost 16lbs and gained 10 back during the year.
This year I recommitted myself to working out and am determined to get my nutrition on track!
Can't wait to meet some groovy people and keep my momentum going! (lost 5lbs so far, yay!)
It's gonna happen! Come hell or high water, it will!!!!!
