I live in the USA in Tucson, Arizona. The weather here has been so weird. One day it's 90 degrees and then the next day it snows in the mountains surrounding the city. My flower gardens are stressed.

I have always lived in this predominantly colder climate. I dont think I could cope in a country that was hot all the time. Myrna.

I'm from Canada, I live in Alberta, a western province. I'm just reading your replies here and I see we have a lot of the world covered by members of this team. Cool.
My husband has been in South Africa for 2 years and I hope to be visiting him soon but I'm not sure I would like the weather there.

I know I'm late on this conversation but 4 baths a day! That's so hot! The very most I've ever done is 2x a day and that's only in the Summer if we have hot weather..it does can get humid here.

You are right that it is cold in England. But we can put on more clothes to get warm. When it is very hot there is a limit to what you can take off. lol. Myrna.

although the heat is terrible but i feel exactly the same about living in the west like say England. you wouldn't catch me there during winter, seriously!

luckily i'm self employed as are a lot of other people in this country. sometimes i work from home so if there is no power, i can switch on my generator. the advantage of working at home is that i can shower as many times as i like. other times i have to go out to keep appointments thats when the heat really shows itself. its terrible really.

That must be so uncomfortable. How do you work in that sort of heat? It is the oposite in London where I live. Today we were so cold. Myrna.

i think its a nice idea especially since our forum is small so we can get to know one another better. i live in lagos nigeria and i take the average of four baths a day because the heat is indescribable!

The Summer of 2009 was horrible..it rained and rained and rained..we had a hand full of days that were close to summer temperatures. This year I'm definately hoping for a as we put it "real summer".

That is preferable to what we have in England. We never know what sort of summer we are going to get. Sometimes it is so hot it is unbearable, and other times it rains non stop. In the last few years the weather all year round has been unpredictable. Myrna.

We have snow,rain, everything! I'm pretty sure all of Canada has snow but for different lengths of time and in different amounts...we also get a nice summer too , 4 full seasons here..although sometimes it feels like only Winter and non-winter (mix of sun and rain).
