This week was my first week ever working out with a Cathe Friedrich's workout.
I bought BODY MAX 2 and GYM STYLE BACK, SHOULDERS & BICEPS online.
The best instructor I've seen, the most motivational. She makes you want to get up and work out.
Body Max 2 is also my motivational music for the day.
I put on the DVD while I am tidying the house and I finish my chores faster.
It is almost impossible for me to buy someone else's workout now. I'm sold and I'm hooked.
I LOST 2 LBS THIS WEEK FROM USING HER WORKOUT. I was at a plateau before that.
I have most of her moves narrowed down except for a few, and I have to learn more of the names.
I didnt attempt the ''cross country'' until the 4th workout. I have the ''knee around the world'' down to a T. But there is a move I simply can't get yet. I havent caught the name of it yet.
AND THE WAY SHE SAYS ''ROCK BACK, AGAIN'' man I love it. It was one of the reasons I chose this workout.
I know you must be fedup of me going on and on about cathe but I have to say this too. I didnt think you could look more beautiful in your 40's than u did in your early 30's but she has proven me wrong. Cathe Friedrich is a beautiful woman and I find her better looking now than she was in her very early workouts. I mean to work hard to look like she does when I get her age.......
