I am joining this board to get serious and stay motivated daily to be healthier and drop the weight once and for all. I am Mom of 4 girls, ages 10,8,6, and 4. I want them to be healthy and know how important it is as a Mom to have those 30-40min a day for me. (So one day when they are Mama's too, they do it.) I have a great family and my husband is my rock! He thinks I look good no matter what, so I am doing this for me and no one else. I have always had to battle me weight. I always felt like the heaviest of my friends and have never had a good body image. My goal is to loose 30lbs. and be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please encourage me do this!!
