I am 63 and like you began running after retiring 4.5 years ago. I have now run 16 marathons, plus many 5k,10k, and half marathons using run/walk. It's a great way to run.

Welcome to the team.

I am 63 and very much enjoy getting outside and being active.
I maintain HM distance throughout the year and enter a couple races each year.

Glad you found us!!!

Hello everyone. I was just made aware of this team by a member of one of my other teams. I am looking forward to visiting with other people who run/walk. I am 65 and have been retired for eight years. I took up run/walking after retiring to lose weight. I have completed several 5k's, a couple of 10 k's and five half marathons since retiring. I haven't entered a race in two years, so I need to get back on track.
