I'm looking for someone to be an accountability partner too! I usually do pretty good for the first week or so and then something derails me and I give up.
I'm setting a short term goal of 14 lbs by the end of the year and about 24 lbs total by early April, so about the same timeline you're talking about.
Maybe we can get a couple of other people and make a mini team within a team.
Hi! I'm pretty new to this, buut keeping track of what I have been eating/drinking has been really helpful with my accountability! I am just a little disappointed, I almost feel fatter since doing this : / I would love an accountability partner and someone to stay encouraged with!! I really want a hot body by spring break!!
ps. I love this spark team! You all are so honest and supportive its great!
