Sarah- that sounds awesome! how much and where can I find these passes? We are just now starting to research our CO trip this year. We probably won't go until April since it'll be nice to go when we no longer have anything open in SD.
I just got back from a week in Colorado and had a blast.
We bought the Peaks pass for skiing 4 days out of 6 consecutive days. You can hit Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone with that pass and it was easy as pie since you get it before you go. I never had to face a ticket window while we were out there. Just to the lift, beep and go!
Good luck and have fun!
OH! And welcome to the team! We're really glad to have you!

I'd love to get to Colorado some time, will just take time and planning, I suppose! I had a trip to Big Sky a couple of years ago, and broke my leg a week before we went, so I spent my time watching the skiers and hanging out at the spa! It looked like some good skiing though...

I am willing to drive to denver area... I have done red lodge montana, and have been meaning to do big sky forever. Driving wise resorts in Montana and Colorado are about the same drive, about 12 hours. It's doable with more than one person! We are thinking Colorado again this year but if you have other suggestions let me know! I am in the Southeast corner of South Dakota.
Been snowboarding for 10 of 11 years. Not too many hills around my area, have to drive forever for that. I take trips every year to different places to board. Last year it was Loveland and Winter Park. Any suggestions for this year within driving distance?
