Awesome. Thanks for the suggestions, I really appreciate it. I'm actually coming back from a pretty bad delt strain and resistance bands have been great, especially for the upper body stuff. Hope you have a great Montana trip!
I did the Utah trip 2 years ago. I handled Brighton well for our warm up/transition day, but the Canyons kicked my butt. This year I cross trained with ice skating and strength training and am hoping that Montana in Feb is a whole different ballgame.
I did all my strength training with resistance bands. It made it so I could do the strength stuff anywhere.
Just wanted to introduce myself. Long time skier, but new to the group. I have a trip out to Park City and the Canyons planned for February so I'm trying to make sure I'm in really good shape by then. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
