I used to drink water all the time in the Navy- they not only made me but if you didn't you would pass out from all the physical strain they put you through. And I didn't want to be one of those girls. I'm tougher than that. Now I have very minimal physical strain being home all day with a 2 1/2 yr old and then sitting through night school every day. I work the weekends, and thats when I stay on top of my water intake, but I know thats not enough. It's hard to motivate myself when I've had people motivate me for me for so long. I downloaded marine corps cadences to get me moving while exercising, but not sure what to do about the water situation lol.
