Hello TRESA7!! So so sorry about the way way overdue reply, but I am seriously considering it! Even with my losing the weight, the girls are still quite big....Band sizes going down, and that it- yikes!! . I am determined to pursue this option come 2013. ((Hugs))

Hello, everybody. I'm new here and I wear a Triple E bra which I think is equal to a G.

MAMAJAHMAI, I would definitely have reduction surgery if I had Double H breasts! Oh My God, I can't imagine how difficult it must be for you to do every day tasks, much less workout. You must have backaches and/or shoulder aches ALL the time! OUCH!!

Why are you even still wondering if you should? You know what "H" stands for in bra sizes? "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!" Seriously, there is a chart!

If you can afford it, I think you should have your breasts reduced. Queen Latifa had breast reduction surgery and she was only a Double D or maybe a Triple D, but definitely NOT a DOUBLE H!!

It's not how many times you fall that matters; it's how many times you get up. - Anonymous

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. - Thomas Edison

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there. - Will Rogers

Are you in the US? If you know your proper fit (and it sounds like you do) you can try ordering a bra online. Very few I've seen online are more than $80, and many have free shipping for orders over $75 (not hard, lol). I am 5'5" and at 335 pounds used to be 48G and went down to 240 pounds and a 40G. I've since regained a bunch of weight (about 310 now, boo) and I'm back up a bit to a 42H. A fellow Sparkie was awesome enough gave her two of her lightly used Enell sports bras that she outgrew (they got too big). They really do work wonders. They give you a squished uniboob look, but who cares, when you can comfortably do jumping jacks and Zumba workouts as a 40G. Yay! :)

OMG! Wow! Lol....That is a great mystery to me.....She better not reach for anything on the floor hehehehe....... Women! I am not a fan of surgery, I have 2 small kids that need me, I really don't have family near so it's something I have to prepare myself mentally and physically for. Plus dealing with insurance companies, clueless about that too... Sorry for rambling, it just felt good to get all this off my mind... Thanks for listnening/reading (( hugs))

Its funny in a way how so many women have a boob job done ot make them bigger then complain about the back aches afterwards I worked with someone who had a breast enhancement on a small frame she was top heavy could not bend over otherwise she would do a nose dive She had no idea that simple things as bending over would change for her emoticon

You are right in needing to look at the bigger picture surgery sounds like the solution for you. Wish you luck & success

Hi Linda!

Thank you! I am seriously considering surgery...I get professionally fitted every 6-9 months, and my bras are so expensive, they average about $100 apiece! Thank God I have a loving and supportive husband, but I am really looking at the long picture here. I would love to live a life pain and weight free, and not be bogged down. I know I am losing weight and that factors in as well. The smallest I ever been in my life was 155 pounds and I was a 34 DD then.... Then I had my babies and gained weight then the boobies went along with the journey lol.....even with my weight loss, I have discovered my band size is smaller, yet the cup size is the same (used to be 42 band )so done....no more pain!

emoticon to the team I fully understand the troubles of trying to find a good sports bra my biggest i was 38G I order on line from Roman's I've been told about Enell and Bare Necessities there are other places to get a good sports bra for us depending on how much you can afford

Surgery would be an option it would save your back

Hello everybody!

I am so glad I found this team.....one of my life's quest is to find an AWESOME bra for my 6 feet tall, 205 pound frame.....I wear 36-38 Double H or I bra!! .. I usually wear 3 sports bras for my workouts....I am seriously considering breast surgery...I don't know how long I can handle the strain.....
