I joined this team in hopes that I can control my night cravings once and for all. My stomach is huge! I started out on my fitness and weightloss journey 2 years ago. I lost 60 pounds but I haven't lost anymore. I still have about 40 pounds to lose. I have a terrible habit of eating at night and going to bed with all those extra calories in my system. On a lighter note, I have continued to exercise for the last couple of years. I have increased my level of endurance. I workout at least 5 days a week. I practice Tae Bo, I walk/jog, and I go to the gym.
I am so frustrated! I hope this team will help me.
