"SUGAR IS THE DEVIL" - Just telling it like it is. When it comes to the hard truth about sugar, obesity, and disease, both the sugar industry and Harvard University have A LOT to answer for. Glad the facts now are pouring out. Get rid of added sugar, like it's the plague.
Human body needs 1-ONE-teaspoon sugar PER DAY (and NOT the kind in a sugar bowl). How many spoons of sugar are YOU and yours eating?!? Down more than 20 (mostly painless) pounds - plus inches(!) - in 7 months. Finally,
I was on SparkPeople before and found lots of useful information, but sometimes felt lost as I didn't have accountability as you do with WW meetings, etc. So THIS time I hope to interact with some other gals over 50, (I'm 60) who also struggle with the middle stomach stress fat. I think they call it cortisol or something. I am having a hard time losing any weight because of this. I need ideas. Help me if you too struggle with the pregnant look, and don't want to look this way anymore. Dontarita
