I was on SparkPeople before and found lots of useful information, but sometimes felt lost as I didn't have accountability as you do with WW meetings, etc. So THIS time I hope to interact with some other gals over 50, (I'm 60) who also struggle with the middle stomach stress fat. I think they call it cortisol or something. I am having a hard time losing any weight because of this. I need ideas. Help me if you too struggle with the pregnant look, and don't want to look this way anymore.
