Welcome!!! Sugar, especially chocolate is my downfall also. Have not tried green coffee, however I have had success with chromium picolinate. It is a trace mineral many are deficient in that regulates blood sugar.

Welcome to the team. ONce you cut your craving for the chocolate craving it will be so much easier. That was one of my downfalls and I would keep the Doves Dark Chocolates and allow myself one a day. Soon I realized that I was not eating the one a day, but maybe everyother day and now I am down to a couple a month
Keep on track

Welcome aboard. There will be lots of encouragement and support. I have not tried the green coffee bean extract but am always interested in how it works for others. I hesitate to use or recommend any weight loss supplements because I think if there REALLY was something that worked EVERYONE would want it and it would not be sitting on the shelves next to all of the other things that really do NOT work as they are supposed to - it would probably be locked in a safe and being sold for a LOT more than $10-30.
With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

Welcome to the team, I an a chocoholic also! Such a challenge. Look in the healthy lifestyle section of the site, there are tons of videos of exercises for all kinds of things and I am sure you can find some for flexibility.

My goal is to lose 60# by the time I'm 60 which will be in early July of 2013. I currently weigh 196.5# at 5' 5" and am flirting with diabetes 2. I'm looking for support here and hopefully I'll reach my goal with your help and a lot of effort on my part. If anyone can recommend some good exercises to increase flexibility I would appreciate it. My eating downfall is chocolate and I just started taking green coffee bean extract today (after watching Dr. Oz's show) and hopefully this will curb my cravings and appetite. If anyone else has used this supplement, I'd appreciate any insight on how well it worked (or not) for you.
