Okay, go to your sparkpage and click on the EDIT sparkpage button
Along the right side will be a list of options that you can check - things like who can read your page, whether your activity tracker or food tracker will be public, etc. You can make those choices.
At the very bottom of your page will be an option about your TICKER click on edit my ticker to select a ticker, to show it, to show weight lost - there are a whole lot of other options for tickers - maintenance tickers, activity tickers, spark points ticker, busting bad habits, etc. Click on the ticker you want to show and click on the message at the top that says "Show my ticker on message boards and spark page. You can also choose a background and the icon you would like to display. It is easy to manage and pretty self-explanatory. There are options to add a signature that will appear on all of your messages. Your profile picture can be changed on this page etc.
