I'm Thalia. I am 72--to be 73 in July. I have been a SparkPerson for almost two years & am at my goal weight. Therefore, my ticker is not on my postings. I don't need to lose any more, as I have lost 36 lbs. I am a member at Platinum Fitness (and probably their oldest member). I do my cardio there & I am trying to develop a free weight program & stretching program to do at home. I need to do some exercise there, as I am still working at my third career (one: phone company supervisor; two: teacher for 25 years; three: my Church's secretary & bookkeeper for 7 years). I'm looking forward to hearing all about your weight loss & exercise ideas, fellow SparkPepople!
