Be patient, it is harder when we hit menopause age, I struggle much more now than I did when I started this 3 1/2 years ago. I hit peri-menopause about 2 years ago and my metabolism took a nose dive. I keep working at it though, knowing I am staying healthier and that is what is really important!!
