I HAVE BEEN TRACKING EVERYTHING I EAT FOR YEARS AND COMMING TO SP MADE ME REALIZE THERE WAS SOMETHING MEDICALLY WRONG SO I FOUND A NEW DR, FROM A LINK ON ANOTHER TEAM AND LEARNED I'M PRE-DIABETIC.
