Find a couple of Forums that you find helpful or interesting & follow them. Don't forget to check out other ones like United Stitches if you're a Crafter or Single & Losing It if you're on your own!! Do your points daily & make sure you use your Tools. It takes time but it's worth it!! And welcome back to the Struggle!!

I am back. Was very faithful last January and lost 15 pounds. Went on vacation, holidays, dinner out etc and gained it back. Haven't worked out for quite some time now. But... I am ready to get moving again. Never used the team forum before so not sure what to expect here. Can use any helpful hints and support available.
