We'll see about that! It's been pretty frustrating; I found myself unemployed and able to spend hours daily in some sort of physical activity. You would think that the increase in activity over the desk job would have done the trick - but no dice. I've faithfully logged food and found almost an inverse correlation between weight loss and diet and exercise. But it's a new year and the thyroid meds are getting adjusted again so who knows....maybe this time will do it.
It took me a bit over 5 months - but I have a disability (osteoarthritis) in my left ankle that prevents me from exercising long periods of time - I do nothing on days when the pain is above a 5. I walk as much as possible on my treadmill. I like to try to walk 2 miles 4 times a week. If you are healthy and can incorporate exercise for 30 - 60 mins 3 - 4 days a week - you can lose it and keep it off. Jean
