Hi, I'm Harriet, 51 yrs old and suffering from menopausal symptoms. I've had perimenopausal hot flashes for years but now I'm having pretty bad insomnia and anxiety. Hope to join you guys to talk about coping strategies.

Hi, everyone! I'm Willie and I'm 48. I'm beginning the lovely rollercoaster ride into "the Change."
I've been overweight all my life and I'm an unhealthy adult. I have diabetes and hypertension and my knees are starting to grumble a bit. I decided it was time to DO something about my health, rather than just sit on my bum and watch it get worse the older I get.
