I think Wisconsin is a red state, and usually considered a "swing state." But the area I'm from is very Democratic, even though we're a fairly small town (8.000). It's not unlikely to see Stop signs with stickers of Bush on them. Those brighten my day. And some people have "Impeach Bush/ Cheney" signs in their yards, including my grandpa!
