WHEW.......... I am worn OUT from reading your post! You are one busy lady! Imagine that, a vegetarian liberal, WHO KNEW!? You'll find this group to be made up of mostly MENSA members( or at least it seems that way, VERY intelligent group of people) WELCOME!

I live on beautiful Kauai, teach 5th grade, just started my own business, will host an exchange student this year and plan to lose weight. This last year I injured my back (improved 90% thank you), but do to changes in activity gained weight that I kept off for years. My house is tiny (remember home business and student), so I have limited space for my balance ball, weight ball routines, but I want to do them again. I am vegetarian, at times vegan and do not like dairy or tofu. Complimentary protein is not problem. Two days a week I cook healthy meals after school with 4th and 5th graders and the other two days a week I will be working in our newly establish school garden. I am also a registered nurse (25 years).In addition I have been teaching for 16 years (can you say "layered life "). I am a mom to 3 children on the mainland all in their 30's and I miss them everyday. How did I get to Kauai? Long story, but I like this journey. I'm not Hawaiian, but live in this beautiful aina (land). Another passion of mine is writing (plays, music and can you tell message boards? I stick to commitments and this site actually may help me. Your turn to talk with me.
