Well, I'm not going to lie...it isn't cheap. But I did something 3 years ago called "Optifast". It's doctor monitored and basically what you do is you can have a shake, soup, or bar 5 times per day. While you are eating like this you are taking nutrition classes and behavior classes and weighing in every week. You will gradually add regular foods back in until you are eating all regular foods again. If you follow the plan and work out the weight will just fall off. I lost 40lbs in 4 months. The only thing is, you really have to follow the nutrition and behavior guidance they give you once you're back to eating regular food or you will gain the weight back. It is a lifestyle change. Eating the shakes, soups, and bars portion is just an incentive to quickly get some weight off to make you want to stick to the program. There is something similar to this called Medifast and I think you could even do the same thing with Slimfast. It's all the same basic idea. It's all in what you can afford. Hope this helps!

Hello Sparkees! I need helllllpppppppp! I'm getting married in 5 MONTHS, 3 DAYS, 5 HOURS, 22 MINUTES and ........SECONDS--So I have to really buckle down and be consistent in my pursuit of "wedding weight" loss! Although my short term goal is to be slightly slimmer and trimmer for our wedding, my ultimate goal is to establish healthy habits when it comes to fitness and exercise. My fiance' LOVES ME JUST AS I AM, me too, but I'm not THE BEST ME I CAN BE----That's WHY I NEED YOU. :-) ANY SUGGESTIONS?
