I'd go nuts with nuts.
Congratulations on your progress! I have a small apple or plain fat free Greek yogurt with some berries, cinnamon and a little flax. Cottage cheese with cinnamon and some chopped walnuts is very filling too.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.

Way to go.Have tea to drink at all times.The nuts are a great idea but for me I can't stop at one.Portion divide your snacks.If you must have those chips count them out and share the remaining.Get on Spark but do not eat at computer.water water.Snack on apples and berries.

If I get hungry at night I will have a small handful of nuts or maybe some cottage cheese. The slow protein will actually aid in weight loss, not pack on fat.

Hi. I am 65 and need to lose 50 lbs. I've lost 35. I try to avoid sugar and flour and eat primarily whole foods vs processed/refined.
We eat supper at about 6PM. I do very well until about 8PM. Then I get the munchies. Any ideas on how to overcome this will be greatly appreciated.
