In spring this year, I decided to go weekday vegetarian for environmental reasons. In July, I went 100% vegan (oil and sugar free as well, go Engine 2 Challenge) and for the past two weeks, I have been eating a little muddy (eggs, cheese, a tiny bit of meat) and I hate how I feel. However, I am visiting Iceland and clean eating there is much harder as a vegan than it is as an omnivore, so I gotta persevere until Sept 10th lol
I graduated with my second degree in June (I'm nearly 33) and since during my first degree I worked full time for most of it and immediately after, I am now taking the time to travel and explore my post-grad options (grad school, overseas employment, etc) and to get my health in order. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Spine Disease which has no cure and only two ways of getting better: exercise and weight loss. Needless to say, that's when I became serious about losing weight and becoming healthier.
