I am getting lost on this site! I guess I was supposed to start here with an introduction! I am MJ, from KS, and I am back on SP because I lost my way after 570 days away.....I would like to make a "clean" start with healthy eating and exercise...
I usually do very well throughout the week, and then Friday night hits and I break down and "reward" myself, all weekend long. I want to stop this bad habit.
Although I have set a weight goal, it is not my biggest goal, which is to overcome my junk food cravings and to exercise regularly.
I read that if junk food is the temptation, distract yourself with something else for 10mn., it is supposed to subside...(unless there is mint/chocolate chip ice cream in the freezer!)
