I've been using this site for years when I've needed assistance staying on track, but I have never really utilized the social network, and I'd like to give that a try. I am also on myfitnesspal (same name) but I still prefer this site.
I'm Tara. I recently became gluten-free, and it's made a world of difference in how I feel. I'm currently recovering from a gluten filled weekend, and had to take the day off work because I felt so sick... not worth it. However before that I had a very successful month of gluten free eating.
I'm focusing mainly on nutrition, and clean eating (limiting processed foods). I am hoping to start the 30 Day Shred in the next few weeks, and I am just starting to learn more about yoga.
Anyway, I would love to have some buds to help me keep on track (and vice versa) so feel free to add me!
