Printed out the "Eat clean diet grocery list" it is exactly what I needed. Alot I allready get but have to start checking out the recipe section also - gonna shop today and pick up some things off the list = YEE HAA !! ha
Yep trying to find the good stuff to eat is hard in the beginning, but it does get easier. There's lots of advice on here that will help you along the way.

Hi - I'm Sean and live in Oklahoma. I exercise every 2 days at home. I seem to be eating alot of peanut butter cause I dont know what to eat - I buy whole grain white bread - been making alot of soup lately - seems like I have to eat alot to get full - I'm strong and in good shape - dont drink, smoke or do drugs. - I'm here cause I'm lonely and trying to learn how to eat - I saw the eating right shopping list so I'm gonna download that and use it to shop with - I need to stay away from the sat fats - but they are so delicious - ha - my cat like pringles - so I have to buy them - sp I'm gonna try this out - I could prob lose 15 lbs if it was worked at - anyways Hello from Oklahoma !!
