I agree with IzzyBear. Eggs and nuts are always a quick go to. Also cheese. Here is a list of protein foods.

Cheese, nuts, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lean meats and my big one is hard boiled eggs. These are some of the proteins I eat throughout the day.
