I have to make sure I eat enough because I log in a lot of fitness minutes each day. When I don't eat enough I get stuck. I have to make sure my caloric deficit is correct every day and this depends on my activity.

For me, I need to do a lot more than eat clean. I have to carb and calorie cycle as well as exercise. I have to work very hard for every single pound.

I just joined so stopped to say 'hello'. Question....when did people start noticing the pounds drop after starting to eat clean? I am in my first week and eating 6 small meals a day following the plan but the scale is stuck even though I have also been working in the garden and out running. How long do you suppose it will stay that way?
