I am new but am very interested in eating clean, not only for the weight loss but for the health benefits. I am about 140 pounds overweight and can't seem to stay focused, so I am hoping that this will make me feel so much better that I won't want to go back to junk food. I posted my breakfast (I had done some research on the internet) but I'm not sure all my choices were good. I'd appreciate any input!
I have always wanted to eat better and feel better. I was introduced to clean eating through a friend. My friend started her journey two years ago while her husband was deployed. It was amazing to see such a transformation in her. She was eating and exercising right. Her face glowed and she lost over 65lbs. In addition she helped her autistic child and seen a difference in him as well. Also she had been on medication for anxiety and depression, which she is off of. So I figured I have nothing to lose in developing my clean eating habits. I am going to try at least once a week eating a clean meal; more if I feel up to it.
