Only suggestion I have is to increase the exercise and make it count. Welcome.
Slow and steady. Eat clean and as close to nature as possible. Avoid refined, highly processed foods.

I'm a 42-year-old Mom who loves to cook and head to the farmers market. I already eat pretty cleanly, but obviously not clean enough because I've got twenty pounds hanging around that I'd like to lose.
