Hello everyone, My name is Barbara, but please call me Babs. I recently joined SP to aid my Weight loss programme. I was diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic 2 months ago, which in itself is taking some getting used to, but was also identified as being Obese at the same time. I need to lose weight, but I want a complete change in Lifestyle as well, so I am no longer a couch potatoe, or an eater of junk. I want to loose weight healthily, and I want to learn how to eat healthily for life. I know very little about 'Eating Clean', until recently I was a processed and Junk food eater. I have learned a lot about watching my Calorie intake, being aware of Carbs and Protein intake, to enable good blood sugar levels, but I am still a novice. I have thrown out the junk food and drinks, I track my food and fitness daily, and have so far lost 22lbs in weight, nut I have a long, long way to go. I tend to be eating the sames things over and over because I am very nervous of experimenting. So I hope you will accept me into your group, so that I can learn to cook healthy and tasty meals. Babs,
