Hi! I'm a 61 year old high school/college teacher. Trying to shed those last 20 lbs. They seem to keep moving and hiding in different places on my body. I love using the CLEAN Eating recipes and creating my own.
Hi. I'm new to this team and I'm interested in finding out more about "clean eating."
A former co worker of mine saw me at the gym a few weeks ago and remarked that he could tell that I'd been "working out'" etc etc and as we were chatting, he said "Imagine where you'd be if you just at a little cleaner!" I just sort of nodded and smiled, and then came home to google "eating clean."
So, I am just trying to learn more about the concepts and theories behind this, and certainly give it a try. I like things "clean" and I like "eating" so I figured this would be a great thing to try!
