Welcome aboard. I know the feeling of having to learn to cook and eat for a healthy lifestyle. I learned the old fashioned way to cook and bake, but need to re-learn.
I just gave up grains/gluten/processed flours, processed sugars, processed foods. So am learning to make flour out of almonds today. Could be an interesting learning process for me. But it will be worth it if I can learn to cook and bake to keep me healthy (and not have to spend a week's paycheck on a bag of almond flour).
