I'm happy to have found this team. I spent a week before Christmas following a meal plan from clean eating magazine and dropped four pounds. I am back at it now, and have armed myself with Tosca's latest book. This week was a bit rough to start-I really felt gassy and bloated(sorry if tmi!) but I am starting to see my nails grow and the last two days i definitely have more energy-yay! I have two little ones and a teen, so if anyone has ideas for family favorites, I would love to hear from you! Also, I am hosting a ladies night this Friday and need some appy ideas- I want them to be surprised when i tell them their snacks were all "clean" lol! Happy eating for vitality folks.
