Hello SP Community Members,
Last month I was introduced to SparkPeople by a nutritionist I speak with monthly (it's a work thing). Having procrastinated for 28 days in my goal to browse the site [and perhaps sign up before our next phone appointment], on the 29th day I logged on to SparkPeople for the very first time.
This Site Had Me At Hello!!!
I have just completed my first week and intend on continuing the journey (one moment, one day, and/or one week at a time). I am receiving great information every day and even though the accountability and transparency of my internet assisted road to health has me shaking in my boots (and I do mean boots, it's becoming quite cold here), I am moved to continue and for the first time EVER, post a message to the forums.
My immediate goal is to curtail my late night snacking, my long term goal is to lose over 85 lbs, Clean Eat as natural as breathing and maybe even climb the stairs at Columbia Center....
