I'm so happy to find this team page on this site. I have been planning on using the clean eating plan to improve my nutritional status and then found spark people and decided to combine the two. This is just perfect.....I have about 40 lbs to lose. I work 12 hr night shifts which messes up my sleep/wake and eating patterns. But I can do it!! It just may take a little time:)
