I too am a Newbie, and so very very excited to find this team. I subscribe to the Clean Eating Magazine and love it. To be able to connect with others that are eating clean and sharing recipes is GREAT. I have started eating clean now for almost a year and it's amazing how I feel. Now I just have to master eating lighter and clean LOL.

Hello, I thought I would say hi! I am going to start eating clean tomorrow. Well, it's already five and i've completely blown it for today although I did eat some strawberries. I am gonna write a list tomorrow of stuff I need. I've ordered the book for families and the cookbook. I need a new eating strategy as being 36 I just gain weight no matter what. I'm at 180 and don't want to go higher. This is my turn to get these extra pounds gone!!.
