Hello, I am new to this team. I have been reading Clean Eating for a while and like the principles. I am currently gluten free (checking for sensitivity), so I am a bit more limited in my diet than I would like (I would like to be eating more whole grains than I currently can). I have also been recently diagnosed with diabetes, IBS and high triglycerides (What a mess!) It's a bit overwhelming, but eating thoughtfully and cleanly seems to make the most sense for a better lifestyle and better health in the long run.
