Hi all, lost 3 stone in weight five years ago, and since then nasty little habits have started to creep into my diet, ready made soups, sugared yoghurts, chocolate caffeine etc. I'm not really overweight but having been unhappy with myself for some found eating clean online and realised what a lot of processed foods I was eating which I thought was healthy.
So today I have started a new clean journey and feel lighter already. Porridge for breakfast and a nice home made soup on the boil as I write this.
