Just joined, trying to eat as clean as possible and still lose weight. Funny how "real" foods are higher in calories, but when you consider that low-cal foods are engineered to be that way, it makes it easier to handle. I refuse to eat artificial sweeteners, fake fats, food colorings, HFCS, and I've been off diet soft drinks for almost a year. I hope this site helps me get rid of the excess I've been carrying around my middle!
